Altar Servers

Altar Servers are ministers of the altar who assist celebrants in all liturgical celebrations.


The Altar Servers schedule is sent out by the Committee Chair and can also be found in the weekly bulletin.


Positions Available

We are always seeking individuals to join our ministry.

Youth Altar Servers

Available for students in 4th grade and above. Training for new servers is arranged through Parish School of Religion (PSR). Normally two servers are scheduled for each weekend mass:

Saturday 5:00 p.m., Sunday 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.


Traditionally at OLQP our altar servers are our youth.

Adult Altar Servers

Adult servers are needed for certain services and celebrations. Please reach out if you're interested.

Protecting God's Children

This program educates and trains adults about abuse and how to prevent, report and respond to it. It is required for some ministries.
